Radio fuse/cigeratte lighter

So im driving up to camping and my radio stops working, just my red light is beeping on the stereo, and the cig lighter is dead also..

I arrive there to find out the 15 amp under the hood is blown, so i replace is and everythign works fine, then it blows again, then i put another one in, im cruising and go to use my cig lighter and push it in, and the stereo cuts out..

This is the first time this has ever happened, whats going on??

make sure a your wires are all plugged in nicely and theres no slight stripping of any of the

wires. you could have "grounded out" on a piece of metal, tape the wires together with

some electrical tape... do you have an aftermarket head unit?

Same shit happend to me. Finaly my radio blew out for good. I just went out and bought a new head unit.

Stock speakers sound 10x better.

You got an open ground, check the flimsy ass wires from the cig lighter wiring harness

Pop the plastic surround for the radio out, and look to the right, there are a couple wires behind the cig lighter

Or check in the cigarette lighter itself. one time a small pin dropped in there and it was tripping the fuse....every time i replaced the fuse it popped again right away.
