radiator problems

I have been on and off on here for the past year, with a house to take care of, a new child in my life I have focused my life to my family and kind of neglected the car.

anyways, I was driving my wifes car because she said that her transmission was slipping....... .....and I did not notice anything. Well she called me to tell me that when she goes to stop the temp guage goes up to almost red.

I knew right then it was the temp guage, but then when I popped the hood when she got home to find out I had 2 leaks in the radiator......

I used some bars leak to last me a week or so so I can order the new radiator and a new temp guage and new hoses.

sucks to be me right now.

Hey Joe, good to see you around. I replaced my rad a few months ago on the 3.0 wasn't too bad. Glad to see you're still around, not sure if you have any questions, but it's not bad at all.
