This guy has a 2003 SER SPEC-V with a cai, header, not catalytic converter just straight pipeing all the way out the exhaust, carbon fiber hood. He ran a 14.8 at the track so what do you guys think should I run him or not.

I just have exhaust and a short ram oh and a drop he has a drop too.

 

He also had no back seat no subs or amps when he ran the 14.8. Now he has the back seat in, 2 12's with box and his amp. what do you guys think

 

should be a good race, though i think he has the some advantage. throw in some nos if u want to kill him

 

he will KILL you. do it for fun, but don't put money on it. BTW, spec V's can run 14.8 with just e/i if the driver is good, so with his mods he could probably pull like a 14.5 if he drove it perfect. Did i mention he will kill you???

 

he'll beat you unless you get more mods, or if he just spins em in first......

i raced a spec V two nights ago, he had a CAI and full exhaust, hung up till 2nd then i pulled a car or so then 3rd pulled again... they are pretty quick if you dont have some mods u have no chance

those spec v are hella fast

you need to get the 6 spd though or its not worth purchasing the car at all

with headrs, intake exhaust plugs and wires, i think the spec v can whop on my 3.0

dude a bone stock spec v will "destroy" a e/i 3.0 if driven right! A modded on will embarrass a 3.0. I barely pull on them with my e/i h22 CL.

Chris, (cocoa) lost to my friends spev V that just has short ram and a muffler. Then he won once because my friends spec missed a gear. Chris's 3.0 has e/i/h/p vafc tuned. Stock 3.0 has no chance.

BTW-fast3.0, whats your mod list again?

I'll run him again though anytime, I raced him taking off at 1,000 rpms, I never power brake on him...I didnt want to ruin my tranny, but now that I have 2, and now that I dont care, I'll run him again for fun/money. He just kept jump starting the line everytime, but I never really cared.
