Hey i know this might sound like a really dumb question but im dumb so im gonna ask it lol. I want to see if Acura or any other company will buy back my seats so i could gather some cash for my racing seats. I know this is really stupid but some one let me know if this is possible

I doubt it, but you could sell them on eBay. I've seen leather CL seats, several times over the years.

selling on ebay might work, but I know for a fact that acura will not buy your seats from you. You could always go to a shop that does car apholstery and see if they want to use it as a model or something.
