for a cam, cam gear, port polish, vlalve springs and retainers you will get about 30 at the wheels

the gude head package promises 45 whp, but who knows. I've been trying to find someone that has it for a while to see if they like it.

truvietz, the quote igot was $2000 for all of that including labor. i have the same i /h /e. not sure on quarter mile prob around low 15's

you can get the cam shaft for about 500 and cam gear/springs/retainers for about 550 online, thats without port and polish

how come the grill on the black cl looks different from mine.. all the lines on that grill goes up and down , mine goes side to side

98 and 99's have the newer style grill. The 97 grill has honeycomb crap in it and the 98-99 has those vertical lines.
