quick question

ok so me and a friend are gunna do the black housing thangg this weekend. i got everything i need to do it. How ever, i accidently got red silicone will it make a difference instead of using clear? like will the red be visible if i do it right? its a 97 primerose ill put up pics asap. thanks!

Dang! I was working on an updated DIY for blackhousing but never finished the DIY. Things have been busy and complicated around here. I do have TONS of pics of everything so just hit me up if you need help.
And yes, you will see the red when you have your hood open.

considering you havent done blackhousing before i suggest you use black or clear silicone. the silicone will show on my sidemarkers. you will most certainly put some than necessary which will hurteted your look considering the silicone is red. be careful. when opening your headlights make sure you remove as much old silicone as possible from the canals. when reapplying the silicone dont put more than necessary.
