Quick and painless
Quick and painless
I testdrove the new Type-S CL and I love the car.
Not wild about the auto-stick though.
My question is simple, can the Type-S engine fit in my car?
My car is almost paid off and there is nothing, knock on wood, wrong with it. I don't want to research weekly for aftermarket parts that will not equal the Type-S performance.
97 2.2 Cl
Taffeta White
Blauplunt Tokyo
Blauplunt In-dash Changer

The "swap" will cost you mega bucks!
IF you want to equal the performance of the Type-S (and avoid the higher cost), I suggest getting a turbo. There's a current thread on niedejb's turbo. My guess is that his CL will OUTPERFORM the CL-S!
If you want to eliminate the initial $$$$ investment, I would suggest nitrous!

I beat stock CL-S's all the time!

Whatever, your choice(s), good luck!
