On saturday i am goin to get my system put into my car im putting a alpine w205 tha double din and sum rockford p3 12's in da back! Rockford ftw i was wondering if the stock alarm will still work after i take the radio out? i heard it wont! Thanks in advance!

I've replaced the stock HU and changed to 2 different aftermarket (Sony, and now Pioneer) HU, and have not noticed any probs with the factory alarm. Its fully functional.

It'll still work. I got a W205 in mine to. Only prob with the W205 is that when you wanna change a CD the shifter gotta be in either Drive or Neutral or something. If it's in Park the face slides downward so you can't take the disc out. HAHA....But other then that it's cherry and your alarm will still work
