question, on eibach prokit springs w/kyb agx shocks
hey guys everytime i hit a bump
or something,
i hear a friction noise with the rear
springs, its becoming annoying,
what u think is causing this?
also is it important to clean
the air intake (the sponge part)?
and how many times should you?
and what to use?
thanx

Eibach has a little rubber insolater that should of come w/ your springs. Your springs are probally hitting eachother when they compress. Did you install them yourself or did you have a shop install them? GO to the shop, they should be able to fix it
I picked up one of those k&n cleaning/recharging kits, and it said to "only clean your filter once every 50,000 to 100,000 miles depending on conditions, or when the air filter reaches 18'' of restriction. Let the dirt "build-up" work for you; it will not hurt the performance and actually help the air filter." I think thats a little too long to go w/o cleaning it. I would just go for cleaning it, like you said, every other oil change.
