I customized the clk style mirrors for accords.. but. .i don't know how to connect the wire.. it's different than stock one..

does anyone know how to connect the wire?

my clk style mirrors have 5 different color wires and.. the stock ones have only 3 connected wires...

i don't have pix w/ me.. but.. if wanted, i can post some..

or.. if anyone knows.. help me out!!

p.s:they are powered mirrors

I figure the CLK sytle mirrors have LED singal on the side. If that's the case, it would explain the extra two wires. Because those extra two would be the power and ground wire for the LED.

 

what color are teh wires coming from the mirror?

what color are the wires from the car?

i would figure that one is power and ground for the mirror and then power and ground for the LED and then your 5th wire should be the wire to control the turning of the mirror.
