last summer i got a system, two 12's, box etc, and a rockford fosgate 600 watt amp....there were some minor things i had to fix, but once i got that handled it bumped pretty damn hard...when my ears got used to it after about a month, my dumb ass turned up the amp power...it hit harder for about a week, and then all of a sudden my right subwoofer stopped working, and then my left one....today (9 months later lol), i took the box out of my trunk and hooked it up to my stereo system in my room....the subs didn't work on there....this will sound stupid...But I am pretty sure that I blew my subs...But how can I check to see if my amp is working still, and do you guys think that it's just the subs?

 

Go to the radioshack or any other store and but a multimeter so you can test the OHMS on your SUBS if the multimeter dispays anything like 2,4,8 OHMS then its not your subs its most likely your amp. After checking that is not your subs open the amp and see if anything is blown if not then its most likely your connection some where.
