A Question about the intake, and Spark Plugs

First of all I got a 97' CL 3.0 And The other day I took my car into Acura to get my wheels balanced and Rotated, And My Trans. Fluid Changed. Then I start to notice a rotten egg smell, and gets worse by the time, It's coming from the CAI only when the car is running. Secod, I just replaced my spark plugs, and I took the ones out before because they had oil around the Metal ring, I just checked my plugs again, and they too have oil around the ring. Please help i'm skarred!!

Rotten egg smell could be coming from one of the cats, they are uder your engine and the smell could be traveling into the engine bay. Can't help you wih the plugs.

For real, I know that the CAI sucks air in, but I just can't explain it.

Rotten egg smell comes from the cat when it's no good.
Get it checked at a shop. You're probably getting the smell wafting up to you in that general area.
If you have oil on your plugs you may want to get your mechanic to take a look at it.

If you have oil on the plugs, it could mean bad piston rings. Are all the plugs showing oil?

If you can see oil on the plug with the plug in the head, then its the seals around the tube on the valve cover. Easily fixed.

If you see oil on the plugs after you take it out (ie on the electrode) you have some serious engine failure...most likely broken ringlands. If this is the case serious smoking from the exhaust would be noticed.
