Question???

What can you do when you notice your tranny starting to slip? (aside from getting a new tranny)...any fluids that can be used that would help out a lot? My tranny is only slipping from 2nd to 3rd gear.

my tranny before it went out on my legend (from 1-2), lasted me 6 months doing that. I dumped in some "prolong" tranny fluid treatment.

I could just never pull out into traffic b/c i could redline 1st to 40MPH and had to back off 2-3 secs for the tranny to go into 3rd...

at least yours is still very driveable.

just get it rebuilt now before it causes u more money for the rebuild. once it has started theres no prolonging it without making things worse.

I wonder how much it would cost to fix it now? I'll go and ask, but I know they gonna add a bunch of "bs" just to jack the price up once they take apart the tranny. Damn shops.....they did it to me last time, jacked the price up $800.
