what's the diff between coilovers and lowering springs and all that stuff? me clueless..... ne body?

coil overs are adjustable.. lowering springs are just springs..

ohh.. one more thing..
i see in the list of ur mods that u have both springs and coilovers... can u have both of them on the car? how does that work?
