99-cl-3.0 headlight install

Hello all...I'm not sure where to post this thread since I am new, but I'll just ask here anyway....One of my headlights went out so I went and bought the blue tint bulbs....I changed the right bulb with no problem, but the left headlight is impossible....you have to get in back of the light and un-screw two scews before you can turn and pull the bulb out....well, there is a black square like tube that is sitting in front of the back of the light..guess its the air intake, so i can't get a screw driver in there to take the screws out...the only thing i could think of doing is taking the entire light out and then change the bulb....is there an easier way??? help please!!!!

it should just twist out, no un-screwing of anything.

that's what i though too, but there are two small screws to take out...its so frustrating...there is this wire that goes around the bulb and the screws are holding the wire down...pain in the ass!

no no no dont unscrew anything. there are metal tabs right up under the little blub receptor thingy(dont know what to call it.) the thing you twist out. that keeps it from rotating out on its own from road vibration and such. just bend it downward and twist it out. then when you put the new bulb in just put the thing back in the light housing and bend that little tab back up. trust me it took me a while to find that little tab the first time i did it. i was so used to changing halogen assemblies on my old RX.
