not sure if this belongs here, but id figure id let you guys in on my future build, if all goes to plan on monday. the dealership i work for has a body shop that does all our body work, so going there to pick up a car from there, i walked around the facility and find a neglected 92-95 Civic DX 4door 5spd, sitting there with weeds and crap around it. i immediatly i talk to the owner about pricing, and hes says $200, but IMO thats too much for a car sitting in a lot for 3 years. he said it should run and that i should be able to drive it home. im gonna offer him $50 bucks tommorow. the car is in good shape consider its over 10 years old and has been sitting for 3 years, but its missing many interior parts, and the only fluid in it is oil the car is a DX, and has dick for options, which is what i want, its black with a gray interior. ill post pictures of it tommorow. i really want this car , i love civics and wanna have a beater/project car, and keep miles on the CL to a minimum.

i shouldnt have said its in good condition. but its not mint. but hey i gotta start somewhere. the owner is absolutely loaded, he wont be losing money if he gets 50 bills to get rid of something thats taking up space. im doing him a favor buy getting it out of his yard. now he has one more space for a dealership car or a customer car.

loaded or not i dont think he will do it, 50 dollars barely tops off my tank.. just start at a 100 bucks or ask him straight up the lowest price he will take then knock off a few dollars from that price adn tell him thats your final offer, but just going to him and offering 50 bucks might even make him mad lol he might see you as a waste of his time.. but hey 200 is worth it man. especially if you can turn around and sell it for 1500
