pplz of Maaco

ok so i wake up this morning and called MAACO to find out the situation of my car...(takin of the spoiler and repaintin the trunk lid..etc) anyway so the guy is like ok its in the oven but he tells me that my car wasnt goin in reverse...im like wha da hell r u talkin about....he tells me that the "shift button" popped out. im like r u kiddin me. but he tells me the car went on drive though. .....now my ques. is...he probably forced it down to D4 and drove it in because there is no way in hell the gear could of changed from P to D without the "shift button"

i dont know how he would be able to get it in D4 but not reverse, unless he forced it.

My shift knob literally exploded on me once. I put it into park and the whole assembly just shot in directions. Screw probably just came loose and came out.

Well since it occured when the car was in their hands and such problem did not exist prior to taking it in, it is their problem now. They owe you a fix.
