Power windows work when car is off?

Do power windows work when the car is OFF?

Mine does and doesn't sometimes. Like when I just pull into a parking spot and I'm already rolling up the window, I turn off my car and it's still going up. But when I do it on purpose, I can never replicate it.

Yea me too, if you check the manual I think it has to do with the period the car has been on as to whether there is reserve accessory power.

Your power windows are supposed to work until you open the doors, after you turn the ignition off (after you start the engine and have the doors closed).

the power windows and sunroof will still work after u turn off the ingition but the door have to remain shut. right when u open the door the windows and sunroof won't work unless u turn on the ingition again.
