Exclamation Possible HID problem

well, ive had my HIDs for ALMOST a year now, and when i was pulling into my garage i noticed something kinda akward. The bulb has a slight flicker in it, however its very strange, its a flicker when the bulbs get brighter and has a yellow hue VERY quickly. My friend didnt even notice it untill i made him stand there and really stare at my garage wall. The passanger side does not do this, and im not quite sure what is causing this. I kno there are a few xenon junkys on here **cough** VXCL **cough**. Let me know what i can do, im trying to make a warranty claim with xenon depot but the guy swares its my ground on the ballast, however when i swap the bulbs from driver to passanger, the problem goes with the bulb.

well it is obviously not the bulbs so move on. like they said your ballasts might be grounding out on something? Its been a year of hopefully mobbing the shit out of that bad ass cl. so hell why not check em. if not that you could have melted some wires from the heat of your engine so check all that. one cool thing i have learned is to wrap your ballests in electrical tape, ghetto...........maybe, well it works. good luck

if the light turns yellow after you turned it on for a few seconds, it's the bulb.

The filiment is damaged. Have your had any moisture get into the lense area? I really don't think it is the ballast or the ballast ground.
