over the past few months my mileage has dropped to around 200 miles per fill-up, probably about 14 gallons. I recently cleaned my filter and that didn't seem to make any difference. Could it have something to do with the cold weather? What else would cause such a dramatic drop? Thanks

I hear u Infiniteq..i live here in indiana and i thought it was the bad weather too, but i dont think it is anymore..but i dont know what it is..i was avg. about 325-345 per tank, and then suddenly now i avg. about 280 a tank..so i dont know, but if u find out what it is..let me know..thanx.

ummm if its cold you are probably warming up your car alot more.. warming car, car runs, uses gas! you may be driving alot harder (unconciously)!!! There are many lil things that can be a factor!

 

Whens the last time you change your spark plugs and oil. If those are old, you will certainly loose gas mileage.

 

Replace your O2 sensor, fuel filter, air filter, and plugs. That will help, especially if you have more than 60k on the vehicle.
