Has anyone had any luck polishing their valve cover?
Nopi Online sells red, blue, and polished valve covers if anyone is interested.
Also, I have a 99' 2.3 5spd, is my engine code the H22 model?

no you are not the H22, thats the 2.2 prelude motor, the h23 is the 2.3 prelude motor.
