Please Help Fast

I just got a cold air intake and while i was taking off my stock intake i noticed that another complete box attached to the bottom of the intake.. what is this? can i take it off? the intake might fit with teh box in teh way but im not sure... they only have these in the 1997 cl 2.2 because i looked in a complete parts manual. thanks

that is the resonator, You will need to take it out. You will have to take off the fender liner to install it. Make sure to go get a couple extra fender liner clips as they will break when you take them off

Hes lying that is the dual stage induction box if you take that out your cars vtec will no longer work!!!

Yikes - CLPower is lying? Why would you do such a thing? Now rip that box out of there.

I definitely agree. Those fender liner clips are so hard to take out without breaking them. They're around $1 each.
