ok. my old ladys car is a 1990 acura integra RS. it USED to run great intill a few days ago. I cannot figure out what has happened........i can push it down a hill and get it bump-started after a few trys and then it runs great untill the rpms drop below
2 then it will die and not start up under its own power. tried jumping it, tried new spark plugs tried premium gas...

if anyone has any suggestions of solutions, please let me know asap! thanks.

That's my answer for everything since i had one get clogged once and it took me a few parts to figure it out... Now, when something goes wrong- it's the fuel filter.

 

It does sound like your alternator, but also check to see if you've got any juice going to your spark plugs, i.e., distributor, coil, etc.

 

holy fuck that bastard is a BIOTCH to get out. took me and a buddy three hours. i would have just left it in but the core value is $50 thanks for the info guys, seems pretty logical to me, i hope it works when all is said and done. thanks again. after all that hard work its time to get fucked up!!!

 

new alternator, sum spark plugs, sea foam, and a whole lotta hard work = one great runnin car!! that thing runs better than it ever has. motherfucker is faster than my car too!! heh its got a b18 tho so it should be. thanks for the help guys. my girlfriend paid in full for all the services i rendered!
