please help!!

guys,
i just bought a k&n air breather.ya know,its one of those tiny filters that attach inside the engine.my question is,where in the hell does it go in our engines?? i have a 3.0 also,sorry!! there are two tubes connecting on either side of the aem intake.does it attact to one of those tubes??--if u can help,i would appreciate it alot!!--thanks--onedayzpay

Inside of the engine? The only thing I can think of that it would be is the filter for the stock airbox. By the way, I got my shifter in the mail today, looks ok. Thanks again onedayzpay.

Instead of running the hose from the valve cover to the intake, you put the breather on the valve cover.

That way it can take in air from the engine bay and still be filtered.

alight did u ever see them little round filters that they sell.its called an intimidator air filter breather.it goes on the vlave cover.u know what i am talking about now???

Whats the advantage of having one? And if this attatches to the hose...then what happens to the hole on the intake?

question,help!!

alright,there are two hoses goin into my intake.one is on the left side towards the firewall and the other is on the right side towards the radiator.where do i put the breather.i have a 3.0 cl not the 2.3 so it is different then that engine--anyone know???!!! thanks--onedayzpay

okay as far as advantages there really isnt any

you will need two breathers

the hose that connects from the valve cover to the intake you take the hose off and replace the part on the valve cover with a breather (where the hose used to be and where the hose went to on the intake you can do 2 things 1 you can put the 2nd breather there or you can seal it up easier to put a second breather there

its not really worth it isnt much of an advantage if any

hope this helps and IMO its a waste of money to get a breather

any one have a breather on a 2.3??? i got one and it doesnt fit right on the valve cover? can anyone help? iTs like the filter wont go all the way down b/c the way the inlet was made. pics will help too
