why do u want to sell it? If i had your motor on my car i would keep it. You can make the CL look sick. Paint the side and back and put on some 18's. I have the same car as you but it looks way better than yours exterior wise, oh yeah its an automatic.

I think 9k is a little high asking price, being that their are some flaws that I can tell rite off the bat, The middle console is white, and dosen't match the rest of the interior's black color, the front lip is scraped up and will need repainting, It looks as if the rear mount may be broken due to the way the motor sits. I'd say $8000 would be a reasonable price as is, if there are no cel lights, and the motor has around 45k. Other than that, love the color, and looks like a fun car to drive, I doubt you'll have trouble selling it other than those facts I pointed out.

A couple things about this car. The cruise control and AC are not hooked up. I have everything to hook these units up but I'm lazy. Yes the center console is a different color. I changed the console from a 97 to a 98 console hense the different color. If you want to buy the car I will happily buy the right color plastic and change it for you. As far as smog, you would have to set it up stock to get it to pass smog. The header deffinately wont pass you and I run the car with a jumper to obd1. So I'll get an illegal smog for anyone who buys it. I will take care of this before the buyer gets the car. The biggest difference between my motor and a regular H22a is about 20hp and an LSD tranny with shorter gear ratio's. Parts not on the car are the fog lights (the harness is installed) but the lights arent plugged in. I also have an AEM engine management system that runs about a $1000 that I will throw in too.

If you include all that stuff, its a deal for 9k with the ems unit, i thought the mount could of been broken from the angle the motor was sitting, but it just mite be the angle of the pic.

Trust me the motor sits like it would in any Japanese 94-97 Accord. They only sit straight up in Preludes. One other thing I forgot to mention: this motor also differs from regular H22's because it has a single butterfly intake manifold. It's like a type-R Integra manifold compared to a GSR two stage manifold or a stock H22a two stage manifold. It flows twice as good as any regular two stage manifold. Only Type-R Accord and Euro-R Accord H22's have this manifold. This manifold is factory Honda and is sick, plain and simple.

Dude, I would seriously consider keeping this thing, being that you put alot of time in, and it's a awsome car. This thing with a turbo setup would be monsterous. Plus the euro-r motor is a rare form, esp in a cl. I hope that you get what you want for it, I wouldn't take a loss on this thing.

My interior is the stock dark grey color. Nothing besides the 98 console is different from any other 97 with the grey interior. Even the back speakers are stock.

I remember this car , I almost creamed my pants when I saw that engine bay..I like how he kept the 2.2 badge on so people would sleep on him and then boom he's gone..

Yes, I bought my mirrors on ebay for $200 shipped. Deffinately make sure all the hardware is included. You will need it. When I traded my CL for the 96 Accord I have, I kept the worldsport coilovers and the folding mirrors. I actually took the jdm mirrors apart and swapped the internals into my American(stock) mirrors on the Accord, so I didnt even have to paint them. I'm selling this damn grocery getter probably this weekend for $4000 so now i'm looking for an LS Integra to do a Kmotor swap in. I still got a Honda guys but I do really miss my CL. CL Platano, thats exactly why I had the 2.2 badge on the back.
