I have a 1 time use camera(yeh im poor), and wal-mart nor wal-greens won't make them into a CD, cuz they dont have the computer =\
Any other places that might be able to..?

wal mart lies... you give 'em the film and they send it out.
I know for a fact that most drug stores (live CVS) does it as well.
Somewhere I also saw a $30 digital camera... probably at walmart or something.
