1) Comptech Headers...are they worth $1099.96?? Does anyone know where I can get them for cheaper? Am I going to Feel a noticable difference?? Is it going to make my car sound any different?

2)Exhaust... am I able to get a Comptech muffler from a 98 Accord V6 and get custom piping done??? Are Comptech Mufflers Loud?? should the piping be 2.5 inches??? Do other 98 accord catback or axleback kits fit our cars?? Does anyone recomend anything???

3)AEM Pullies... What do you think?? Affective or a waste of Money??/

4)AEM Plug & Play Engine Managment Systems (EMS).... anyone use this or heard about it?? What do you think? Compare to Venom 400 or Apexi V-AFC...

I got the headers installed awhile back, not much improvement. Getting custom 2.5" catback & muffler installed 2morrow morning, hopefully that'll let the headers do their stuff.

 

Headers by themselves won't do much. If you already had a cai and a cat-back exhaust, adding headers would make a noticeable difference. Personally, I don't think that 1,100 for headers isn't really worth it.

 

Its pretty much pointless to get headers without cat-back exhaust. Get the exhaust first.

What do you think about my Idea with the comptech exhaust and getting the piping done at a mufler shop?

 

OK, just got car back from muffler shop w/ 2.5" cat-back on and all it improved was the noise level. Its totally annoying and the entire car vibrates. Need to get it re-worked or something. So for a total of about $1600 (headers, cat-back, muffler, and labor) I'd guess about 5-10 hp. Nothing really noticeable and definitely not worth the money. Maybe it'll be worth it if the SC get installed.

The pulleys, however, are worth it. Quite inexpensive (I also paid about another $100 for installation) and can notice a slight improvement, maybe 3-5 hp.
