So my car has a lot of chips, dings and scratches and i think it might need a paint job soon thanks to the nutjobs that drive around college campus...Has anyone gotten their car repainted? Where do you go and how much you paid for? I saw that Maaco commercial and wonder if anyone ever went to them....

Here's an idea: We should make up a list of Perf/Muffler/Paint/Body Shops in various areas so that we know where to go for quality job... The list should be consisting of the shops that someone ALREADY went there and have experienced the work... of course there should also be a blacklist for the bad ones....

Anyways, back to my original question: Where do i go in the OC for quality and cheap (at least NOT EXPENSIVE) paint-job?

maaco its a worst dump hole u can go to. good pj starts @ 2k+

 

MOB Works off of Ball Rd. Miguel is his name... and he has a great reputation... got one of my cars fixed... and repainted... for about 2500. This was a good price considering he had to replace a qtr panel. He's a really nice guy too. Just to let u know... quality and cheap doesn't go together..

 

damn.. quarter panel replaced and still just 2500? A whole repaint same color?
