Painted bumpers
Painted bumpers
My front and rear bumper have a few noticable blemishes (which the previous owner tried to cover up with touch up paint horribly). I was just wondering if anyone can give me a rough estimate on how much it would cost to have them repainted. Also, should I get it done with an Acura Bodyshop or should I look for an independant automotive paintshop.
Wassap...
I have the same problem. I was actually a victim of a hit and run! Some guy in a Denali scraped up my bumper pretty good with his steel grill. The police tracked him down and his insurance is paying for the repair. I'm gonna be repainting the whole bumper and the estimate that I got from a pretty good auto body shop was about $390.00. I was told to expect about that much for a quality job. Hope this helps....

funny, im in the same boat zeriostic!!! i went to the local body shop that does some wild custom shit......its funny cause this is downtown auburn, alabama........middle of nowhere, but these guys get customers from all over....so i just wanted them to fix the few little spots on my front bumper (screw hole from license plate, scratch on corner(patched with white out), etc, little shit) so, he looked, said they'd take it off, fix, and paint it to match, and it shouldnt be more than around 350.....so 390 sounds right, expect that much......heres another idea to ponder, theyre charging about 100 to paint my type w skirts....FYI!
