Owned by curbstone...

My bumper has been cracked since the day I got my car but today things got a little more fucked. I went to park at the local mall then I noticed my bumper had went over the curbstone,. no big deal,. happens all the time.. As I was backing out I hear this loud crack,. as I get out of the car this is what I see...

I wasn't planning on fixing the bumper because it wasn't cracked badly,... junkyards around here don't have CLs so I can't get a cheap bumper,.. I was thinking of fiberglassing it back together myself,. would it be hard to do?? does anyone else have ideas??

Temporary fix for now,. gotta love duct tape,.. the black one is stealth

thanks,
M

I thought about that but it would make it even lower and I'd be a plow in the wintertime...

tell u the truth... it's not that much lower. My car is dropped a good amount, and i rarely scrape my lip. If you're at stock height... i doubt u will even scrape anything.

hmm... i guess u aren't at stock height.... but even still, i don't scrape the front much... it's mainly my mud guards and my huge resonator.

I don't think it's the scraping he's worried about, it's the "plowing" effect when it snows. Would probably put a lot of pressure on the lip.

I would but i'm riding on 185/65/15's in the winter time,. lowered approx. 2inches on Teins so a lip would turn me into a plow,... unless I can find another bumper for cheap and then I'd have a winter bumper,.hahaha
