Well, my brother wants my CL... he has a 1994 accord EX and has tons of stuff he bought that hasent even made it on the car yet, some of which is still in the mail! The car is a sedan, manual tranny... all the EX goodies... great shape... only 75kmi. He has 17" rims (enkei inazuma) with tires, intake, coil, distributor, euro clears all around, kyb struts, suspension tech. springs, exhaust, short shift kit, 2 shift knobs, snow tires mounted on the stock rims, rev. indiglo's, aluminum trim for the dash (its all new, never used!)... i think theres more, but I cant think of all of it. He wants to trade all that, the car AND $2500 for my CL as it is. I think this sounds like a pretty fair deal... but I am having trouble deciding... I mean I LOVE my CL, but the accord is pretty much the same and I REALLY want a tweaked out car. I was thinking if I took the deal I would use the $2500 and paint the car silver (its dark red now). I want to know anyone's and everyone's opinion on this... I'm leaning tward the trade, but I need a little influence here. Any comment is welcome, and if I take the trade, the rims might be up for sale... so if anyone likes them, keep your eyes open. The deal sounds fair, but I would keep the CL!

 

Not like the CL is much faster... the Accord keeps right up with me.
I dont need to go too fast anyway... that gets me tickets, I cant get anymore tickets...

 

If you want something that everyones got, get a bread maker.

Otherwise keep the CL.

 

Sounds like a reasonable deal to me (price-wise). But I think CL is way unique car, will certainly stand out of the crowd for a long time. Plus (depending on how well the mods were done), modded car will probably not run dependently for as long as the other one. And CL is a more comfortable ride. But like you said, you want a modded car, so all those reasons are probably not a big deal for you.
