OEM CD Changers

Does any one know if you can play CD'Rs in these changers? IMO I think you can since the CD player can play them.

I don't have an oem changer in my acura, but I do have have one in my Civic and CDr's work fine.

I just went out and popped a CD-R into both the dash OEM player and the OEM CD Changer, and it played just fine!
