I have a 98 2.3CL. I am slowing understading how wheel sizing works. I have my eye on a set 17x7 4x114.3 Offset 42mm. From reading the postings the (17x7 4x114.3) is the bolt pattern for my model CL. The offset is what is confusing me. I read that 42mm is the stock offset and I also read 40mm. What is it? And would either 40mm or 42mm be acceptable. What about wheel spacers, will those apply to my possible application and or are there any implications I should know about if I do get those size wheels? Many thanks.
