noise coming from wheel well
whats up guys...I have a strange screeching noise comin from my front wheel well....at first it only occured when i made left hand turns and it wasnt that load BUT now its louder and it occurs sometimes even while im driving straight but NEVER when i make right hand turns...at first i thought it was the brakes but had them checked and thats not it....so now im thinkin wheel bearing? any ideas?

I just had that problem yesterday after lowering my car. Its was the brake guards the thin metal dish by yur rotors. They were rubbing the rotor. You just have to push them away from the rotors. I didnt fix it but the mechanic hoisted my car up and pushed em with his thumbs.
I hope that helps, post if it does.

If it's the bearing, look under the car to see if there is a "spray" of grease behind where the bearing is located. This was the first sign that I knew my bearing was shot.
