So I've been looking around because I got really lucky to find this car 2 miles away from my house so I didn't research really in depth before we bought the car aside from Carfax history report (which was clean).

Anyway, there are no safety ratings for a 1998 Acura CL and I'm just curious to hear people's opinions and experiences with the various safety aspects of this car. How does it stand up to other cars? The only data I found is that, based on insurance claims, you are 1% more likely to be injured in this car than another car. Also, you are 5% less likely to get in a collision (something like that, confusing ratings) and 22% MORE likely to be a victim of car theft.

Just curious to know.
