No "Beep" "Beep" noise anymore

ive been meaning to post this for months already. when i first got my car whenever i would lock my door with the keyless entry remote it would make the gay little "beep" "beep" noise. well probaly around september it stopped, it only does it when the door is open or when it just closed. after that it wont do it, could it be the remote or something else???

just reset it again...hold down the lock & trunk button at the same time, wait for the red light to go away and it should work....

try it right now......GO

Hey, that trunk.lock thing works. I can turn on and off that stupid chirp arm/disarm chirp chirp. Mine never chirped accept when the door was adjar when I pushed lock, but it is nice to know that it chirps rather than honks. But I will still leave it silent, want to stay sly with the alarm sounds. I hate that sound, and it is really loud in my garage. So, definately silent arm/disarm is the way to go.

Oh, on the trunk/lock hold...
If you set it to chirp, the red LED blinks once by pushing/holding the trunk and lock simaltainiously.
If you turn off the chirp, the red LED will blink twice while pushing/holding the trunk and lock buttons simaltainiously.

Obvious to you, Mr. Experience, but thanks for the tip, I didn't remember reading that in the manual.

I wish I could get the OEM "beep" to work with my Viper alarm.

Every once in a while, I get out the stock key fob just so I can hear it again.
