for those with a 3.0 with Zex, how much of a pickup do you see when spraying....and do ya'll use a bottle warmer? My car doesn't pick up like i think it should, but my bottle is pretty cold....any ideas?

 

well i went from a 15.0 to a 14.0 with a 75 shot but that not with just nitrous. now i have a 100 shot and ran a 13.7@103 !!!!

the bottle warmer helps alot because it keeps the pressure at 900 and thats the perfect pressure to spary at.. what was you pressure at when you sprayed????? if it was at like 500 or 600 that makes a big difference.

 

I've gone from 15.85 (w/CAI) to 14.75 (CAI, and axle-back, and 55-shot [no bottle warmer]).

I've now dropped to 14.33 (CAI, axle-back, 75-shot, and bottle warmer).

I firmly believe that bottle warmer can help on those cool days/nights. Usually, during the day, it's warm enough and the bottle warmer isn't necessary (won't "kick on"--thermostat controlled).

Make sure that you have all of your connections correct. You should definitely feel a dramatic difference, even with the 55-shot! And remember, it only works at WOT!

actually.. i'm not sure about the amatuer kit "zex" but if your running a real nitrous oxide kit such as nos or nx.. the jets are machined for 1100.. so have fun blowing up yer rides with a lame zex shot
