Newb to ACL

Hi everyone, I'm new to ACL I have a 98 CL 2.3 5spd manual w/258k+ on it. Its Stock all the way around.

welcome to the board....crazy miles! 258k+?!?! Good lord mine only has 71k and I have a 3.0 Premium

And if you visit us often i can gaurantee it wont stay stock for long.

Holly crap! that is a lot of miles on the car! Any probs with the car at tat mileage? Yes it won't stay stock, slowly but surely money is being pryed out of my wallet.

hi, do you know if you have replaced your catalytic convertor yet? becuase i had to replace mine at 68K, with a high flow cat. and let me be the first to tell you, intakes do a lot more than it seems, your car will sound mad loud, while giving you a little extra punch in the highend. try it, you might like it.

Thanks for the welcome folks! The only major thing I've had to do so far(knock on wood) is I had the head done at 240k, I havent replaced the cat yet but I did just get an efficiency code come up, however I'm not going to replace it yet because even with that it passed smog with flying colors!

Welcome to A-cl.com! Excellent miles. Glad to know our manuals will go that long! These auto guys are dyin from weak trannys, where as my manual has been going strong for 141k with no probs! :knockonwood:
