hey guys i have a 98 acura cl 2.3 premium and i have new speakers that i want to install but they door panel is covering one of the screws can anyone help me with this??? cause i dont want to break or bend the door panel so if anyone can help me please reply thx

remove the door panel. Trust me its much easier this way. Just go slow and pull the panel off the door. There are 3 screws if I remember right from when I did my door speakers a year ago. I believe they are near the door handle, you may have to pull the plastic little .5x.5 inch cover off with your fingernail or a flathead to get to them. And the panel itself is held on by little plastic rivet kinda thingys I forgot the name. Just go slow and pry it away from the door. Theres a tool for doing this you can get from an autoparts store, cause if you break these plastic insert things they are like a buck or so a piece from the dealer. Then the speaker install will go much easier. Just make sure you dont break any wiring connections (for window buttons, door unlock and such) and you will be fine.
