For the 5 lug conversion, I used 96 odyssey spindles with 99 prelude calipers in the front and for the rear i used 99 prelude hub/bearing assembly with stock calipers. I paid $700 for the rims and tires. The tire size is 235-35-19.

Nice hood man. That'll flow great!

But if I were you, I'd buy and smoke some clear turn signal housings. Those smoked ambers are struggling...

I plan on getting the smoked clear signals but those will probably be the last thing I buy before I get it back on the road. I'm trying to get all the big purchases out the way so my wife'll stop trippin.

Once again, thanks everybody for posting what you think. Its getting close, hopefully it'll be done in a couple months. I haven't driven anything stick in a long time.

trunk wont be cheap, the mold alone will be big money, you're better off getting a group buy together. They've been talked about but never done. We had to wait years and do a group buy to get your CF hood even produced, only reason your CF hood exists is cuz of the group buy solicited by this site. The similar would have to be done for the trunk unless you do a one of a kind custom which would not be worth it at all.

You should be able to do it with a decent point and shoot camera also. If it has a manual mode, then you can bracket the photo. You'll need to take at least 3 shots, then a program like Photomatrix or Photoshop CS2 or newer and Adobe Bridge to produce an HDR image. It's not as easy as running it through the program. It takes some experimenting. asianspec did a pretty good job.

how many people did you have to get together for that group buy? How much did the hood cost each?

We did 20 people, $460 for the hoods plus shipping, but it took like 2 years and won't be happening from the same people again

thanks man. I used Dynamic Photo HDR. its a really easy program to use. Using CS is very complicated if you don't know what you are doing. Photomatrix is also like CS.

I Just bought another cl today with mint dark grey interior, I'll probably end up swapping the interiors. I'll post picks of the progress.

Man I wish I had the money to buy myself another CL.

What color is it? If it's black I'll take your front bumper if you part it.

Its a light blue 99 2.3 cl. I picked it up for $700. I won't be parting it out just fixing and flippin. It looks like its going to be a little longer before the red one's on the road. I got a couple of other projects going on. I recently bought a 93 lexus es300 that I'll be fixin and flippin as well. My wife can't complain if I buy toys with extra money made from cars.

I wish I knew everything I knew now when I was sixteen, life would be totally different. I'm 27 going on 28 this friday. I've been working at the post office for 10 years now and God has been really good to me. Thanks again to everyone for all of the feedback, this site is awesome.

Yeah, my buddy just got a job at the Post Office and he loves it. He makes $16 an hour and has his own office. That's doing really well considering he's still a senior in high school.
