ohh man that has to be a bumper removal... headlight baking... and pulling apart... might as well do the black housing on the headlights.

You have to take off the bumper to take off the headlights.

I haven't been able to do it successfully, when we attempted it a few years ago it appeared you'd have to take off the headlights to get the bumper off, but yet take off the bumper to get the headlights off. Needless to say, we never got either off. Haven't attempted it again since

all it took to take the bumper off was taking off the bumper lights... behind there are 2 12mm screws at each side holding the bumper in place.. also there are 2 i think 10mm screws by the tires.. check for screws holding the plastic covers and u r set. the bumper comes out whole... 5 mins.
the fun begins after the bumper is off and it is time to bake the headlights... i did it at my inlaws.. they have a sweet garage/driveway setup out in the ranches area... so i had some wierd faces as i used 1 of the ovens as the other was baking a zitty.. hehehe... i will post pics of the headlights soon...
