New bulbs

I'm finally getting the clear bumpers tomorrow and want to replace the bulbs in there. Can I get blue bulbs that are DOT approved? I also want to replace the headlight bulbs that have a bluish tint...what are the best for that?

Which headlight bulbs? The Driving, Highbeams, or Parking(?) Lights? Anyway, if you're looking for some brands, I would suggest either the PIAA Xtreme Whites, or the Polarg Miracle Whites (M65 for 9005, M66 for 9006)
