thats what i was planning on doing, im thinking of going with coilovers in a couple months anyways. how many miles are on your car/shocks.
and when they do blow... cant you just keep riding on them anyway? except they just wont dampen anymore?

yea dont drop it on stock shocks. theyll blow and ur ride will be the suck. if you know ur eventually gonna buy coilovers then just keep saving. dont spend money on a temporary drop.
i had neuspeed sport springs with kyb gr2 shocks and that was just a big waste of money, ride quality was pretty bad. i recently replaced that setup with neuspeed race springs and kyb agx shocks and although the ride is MUCH better than my previous setup, i still want coilovers...d2's preferably. its just not quite stiff enough even with race springs which are supposed to be stiff as hell and my agx's set on 4f/8r.
all im sayin is...save ur money.

DONT DO IT!! the ride quality is fucking horrible.. i wish i bought full coilovers to begin with..
AGX (400shipped) + Nuespeed Sport (160 shipped?) $560 + the Hassle of removing the stock top mounts.
Or
$600-$650 shipped for some Ksport Coilovers,
Its a no brainer, see if u can cancel ur order..

actualy, im on race springs with agx and there awsome. Ride quality is excellent.
Things is, dont do things half assed. honestly, take your dam time and save some money doing it right. Go all out or none at all.
Its like rubbing a pussy with your dikc and just barely inserting. What the Fukc !! is the point if you cant go all the way in ? and dont tell me because it feels good, because it wont feel as good as getting it all in. Same as your ride, wont feel as good unless you get the struts to go with it.

oooo shit meng, i never thought of that, my eibach sportlines are about a 2inch drop, i hope my Tokico Blues wont blow from those things and not be able to get a set of new ones....

fantastic. there is no return policy on the springs that i bought. i figure i'll just start saving up again for some coilovers and slap the springs on in the meantime... no sense in trying to sell them, right?

If you're looking into the same coilovers as me, the cost is $2,200, with a spring rate of 12k. Pretty fair price. I'll get into the suspension/braking/more weight reduction aspect of my car into detail once it's back in my hands. I'd forget about the Sustec coilovers if you're looking to track the car.
