try a fuel system aem makes a rail and regulator, injectors you can even find a throttle body and intake manifold; not sure if ur 5 speed or auto but u can start work on trans with a clutch, flywheel set from clutchmaster not exactly more horsepower but you definatly will lose less power from fly to wheels and improve times

i drive the car on the road and take road trips in it often... so u know how much miles per gallon a fuel system would decrease vs. how much HP/torque it puts out?

-light rims
-cam gear is pretty cheap for bout 5hp but then u got dyno time
-t/b
-igntion system
-full tune up if u havent had one i awhile
-weight reduction
-get a 5spd
-get a better torque converter

otherwise best bang for the $$$ is NOS

fuel system without injectors wont hurt miles to bad , with injectors u could lose up to 15 maybe 20%, and i stress maybe, in miles-thats a high end;it all depends on what u set the pressure regulator at not absolutly sure on horsepower would guess with the injectors between 15-20
head pacagefrom gude -they claim 40 on a stock motor my boy dyno 43 on a built bottom end 2.2 accord

Your 2.2 has plenty of fuel to max out its potential.

Injectors or rails will do you no good.

A cam gear, fuel pressure regulator, or VAFC will allow you to dial in more power. Problem is they all need to be tuned on a dyno.
