what kind of wiring. all the black plastic stuff thats connected to your intake take it all out so, there will be a big hole for your intake to go through.

are you talking about the hoses near the throttle body, but on the intake?

rip all that shit out. as u will find out all that crap goes back to one vaccum line up by the firewall that needs to be capped. as for the electrical connector. undo it. that is the A.I.R. system and isnt needed. RIP IT ALL OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then ur car will look like this.

oh yeah u dont have to disconnect the coolant line from ur throttle body. u can just use the stock pieces which include the hose going from the top of ur valve cover ( the 2.2 VTEC cover)
to ur intake for ur new intake. ill prob switch back to that only cuz it looks neater. wish i didnt waste my time changin that. its completely unecessary and u will spill engine coolant all over the place.

yes u dotn use the foam and u should have one xtra hose if u didn;t replace the coolant line on the throttle body. ur done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just reset ur ecu and enjoy. u can do it by pulling the fuse or disconnecting ur batt for a while. then just start up the car and let it warm up normally

dont know if that is it exaclty im just against the bypass. AEM scared so many ppl into buying them that it pisses me off. especially at $30 a pop. did ur friend tell u how he managed to suck up water? theres really no way for water to get to the cai if everythign is right unless u submerge it. anyways if i was u go to a auto parts store and just get a rubber hose connector like the one supplied by aem on ur throttle body and slip that on in place of ur bypass. aslo where did u put the bypass? there is a certain spot. i think its no more than 1ft from the end or somethin like that.
