forget the new Civic i drive those things all day at work, nothing special. sure they look good now but in 5-10 years there just gonna be another civic. unless its an Si, you shouldnt waste your time.

gaurenteed if you do an H22 swap for your CL, you'll never wanna get rid of it. but im in the same dilemma your in. im about to buy a H22 complete swap for 2g's even, and now i need to find a shop that installs them at a good price and of course knows WTF they are doing.

idk the cl has alot of stuff that needs fixing...like the whole exhaust system, the radiator needs replaced, and the fuel system is acting up. and idk if its worth keeping anymore, the new civic isnt anything special but atleast it can travel more than an hr w/o heating up really bad

The problem people have been having with the h22's is when they have run turbo setups. why dont u just build ur f series and not worry about all that crap.. take ur 3-4g's and replace everything but the block. I think ayougo did that when his timing belt broke.

Dont waste your money on a reg. civic. Your downgrading bro. Yeah your CL may have problems, but its gonna cost less to fix than buy a new car. Look for a used TL or something. So much nicer and even more power.

Thats what I keep telling myself anyways. That and its paid off in a year.

I agree with 97. Its just gonna be another civic and your just gonna be some kid in a ricer civic.
I am starting to see more and more of them. I mean just over the weekend I saw 3 si's.

Acutally.. I was thinking of getting a second gen CL or do a H22 swap. This CL is killing me with it's lack of power and auto sh%t.

or if i win this

3K

Including auto -> 5 speed, no

only if you do the work yourself, and its pretty obvious from some of your earlier posts that changing a light bulb could be a project.......goodluck
