Exclamation Need to change my motor mounts...

Need to change my motor mounts but i have heard mixed reviews reference changing them to oem motor mounts versus to aftermarket motor mounts... The three mechanics i spoken to they have told me not to waster my time on cheap aftermarket motor mounts reference im still going to feel the dame thump i feel now. So i guess my last resort is to go oem motor mounts. I check at the acura dealer for the motor mounts and damn its expensive. Anyone has this similar situation??? How did that go for you ????

Which motor and which mounts? I replaced the front mount on my 2.3 with an oem, The diy was easy and the part wasnt too bad from the dealer ~$60. Some of the side mounts are hard to get to and are expensive. I would avoid the polyurethane aftermarket mounts if youre trying to keep the stock feel. Also ordering parts oem from honda dealer sites is usually cheaper even after shipping than going to a local dealer for an expensive part in my experience

Mine are going out as well. Actually 2 are completely shot and 1 is bad. And i have a lower tranny mount split in half. My car sounds like hell bro. Ive heard to stick with oem. But a guy from my work told me he put them on his mazda6speed. Some good ones. like the 70mm or whatever. And he said he noticed better grip, acceleration and engine sounded better
