My new wheels. PICs

I was sick of the big shinny 18"s so I went with some dark lightweight 16" Rota Circuit 8 wheels. Black is kind of a love hate thing, so if you don't like them, OH WELL, I do.

BTW-this is Blo2ck, I forgot my password and can't get back in because the cookies stopped for some reason. So if anyone calls me a nOOb

Thanks guys! I was hoping for my H22 before the end of summer, but I'm a little short, now I start college next week and I'm probably gonna have to wait a few months till I can get another job close to my school and save a few bill$. I'm not gonna rush it though.

personally i think the jdm look is overrated, but for some reason I seem to like all the black on black/bronze CLs...from jamolies, ghanders to yours. Its a nice change of pace. The sportline drop looks good with the 16s, and I hope the ride is a little smoother too

Very nice!!! Is that the 94-95 rear lip and how much did it cost to mold it? Any major modifications?

Those aren't sportlines, they are skunk 2 coilovers.

Dennis- My lip isn't molded, although I hope to have it molded someday. It is the type W from 96-97 accord. It's a little different than the 94-94 one. I did have to cut it quite a bit to make it fit. (around the muffler)

I would only mold my lips if I was planning on getting a new paintjob tho, because you'll have to paint the whole bumper after. It looks great molded tho (vxcl!)

Oh, and it does ride alot smother compared to my 18"s.

Thanks! No I already had clears, and I broke one trying to get it open to paint them black. I put the stocks back in and wondered why I even switched. I'm trying to find some M3 mirrors like the ones I have, only with the led part amber instead of clear. Mine lights up amber, but I want it to match the bumper lights even in the day time.

Also what do you guys think about amber side markers? I might get some cause I think they look pretty sweet and they are cheap.

I actually had gunmetal velox 17"s a long time ago. Don't know if you remember. But after looking at your car and fastvtecl, I had to go back to dark.

What did you pay for the rota's? I've been thinking of going 16's lately

I love the black, that is what I originally wanted but when I saw how dark the bronze was on the RH's I fell in love, I'll probably go black soon though

i like. . . . . looks very drifter. at least you don't have to watch out for potholes and stuff. i miss that feeling . now i have to look down at the ground when i drive, not the road. 18" with 35 profile tires suck!

Blury-i thought you had 17" gunmetals. Did you get new wheels?

Ghander-I got the wheels for $430. I like the dark bronze too. I almost powdercoated my 18"s black, but I wanted something light weight since I hope to be getting a swap soon.

Money is just so hard to not spend. If I had just stuck with my original setup I'd have an H22 turboed with all the money i've wasted. This is my 3rd set of rims. I had 2 sets of springs before these coilovers, and I went from regular exhaust to dual then back again. Also I used to have all alpine system then switched to kenwood+kicker. Someone teach me how to spend my money!

oh woops, I guess I just looked at them and thought they were 17"s because your not dropped yet. They'll look bigger once you get those coilovers.
