If the car is warm when it's doing that, i dont believe theres anything to worry about. Mine used to idle really low too but functioned fine.

Just got a 97 2.2CL and it tends to idle around 500rpm which is totally smooth, however the A/C causes it to drop a bit and then I feel some shaking....any way I can fix that?? I guess ideal idle RPM would be around 700, then drop to 500 with A/C?

i have a 97 2.2 cl and have the same problems. Just so you know their is a pressure sensor in the ps line that is suppose to relay a signal to the ecu when their is a high ps load so it can raise the idle to compensate.
Their is also a similar setup with the ac system. I haven't checked mine out yet but I'll let you know when I get around too it. For the time being you can just raise the idle at the throttlebody with the scew by turning it toward the firewall, this doesn't fix the real problem though.

My car idles at around 6000 rpm.
As soon as i let go of the clutch.. i do burnouts, and the only way to stop the car is putting it in neutral and brake. Do i have a problem?!
lol, seriously.
My idle is arround 700 but i allways varies, goes from 700 to 500, it shudders a bit then goes back to 700.
Its wierd.
My integra, the iddle is really low also..

My car shakes when it gets below 600rpm in drive
It idles between 800-900RPM in drive, and between 1000-1500RPM when in park (depending on if the engine is cold or hot)
