My car chirps n squeaks like a bird!!

Well if my hood squeek wasnt bad enough a new squeak intruduced its self to me this morning... It sounds like break squeaking but I only hear it when i move very slowly. I know its not the breaks because it makes this noise when im not touching the break pedal. I have no idea what it is.... Squeaky wheels?
also my hood squeaks when it rattles? i go over little bumps then my hood chirps.. it gets really bad on rough roads. any tips on getting rid of that?(i did greased up the hinges and nothing changed)

your upper control arm is bad. Take the wheel off and check it to see if the rubber seal is cracked.

no i dont think its a control arm. i had the same thing, and it was the warning tab on the break pads telling you to change them. But u have more then half of the pad left, just drive it til it stops, or you can take off the wheel and bend the tab back and it will stop

The tabs make noise even when your not on the brakes? because i dont hear the noise when i break. only when im idling in drive.

the wear indicators on my brakes would mostly squeak when i was moving, and rarely under braking. it was more of a scrapping sound tho. not sure if your prob is brake related.

Yea, it deffinately sounds like your warning indicaters. From your discription im about 90% sure this is your problem. New pads and you should be good to go

not only that, but check the rotors. If they are worn, warped, or scoured beyond limits, think about a resurface, or upgrade.

i kno my shit used 2 squeak because the guy b4 me put H&R lowering springs w/ stock shocks... bad idea... cause it wore my shocks out twice as fast... but seeing that you still have stock suspension... it could be bushings or ur upper/lower control arms like said b4... either way good luck...

My local Autozone carries the Hyper Flex kit for 2 or 3 dollars higher than eBay (i bought the kit already, wasn't looking for it at Autozone but just saw it out of the corner of my eyes), you won't have to wait a week and no S&H charges... check with your local store...

Good call, I didn't get mine off ebay either, but the guy I got them from got them from ebay, I just use that cuz it's easy to find and the price is good. I got mine for $90 shipped off a member on here that sold his car

in short, my friend, a bitch!

lol, some of the bushings (strut bushings) are easy to install, while the others (control arm) requires you to press the bushing in with a machine or McGyvver-style

Get it done, I'm a huge DIY'er and I still paid to have mine all installed by a certified mechanic with a lift and air tools while he installed my sways, ball joints, and coils and he cut me a break on labor because he had it all apart already, but it still took him 10 hours total to do everything, and he only charged me for like 6.5 or 7 hours of labor. But it was well worth it, because he had the car in the air, the air tools and a press to press all the bushings in, should only cost like $150-250 labor depending on where you go.

Agree. Have it done properly at a good shop. Before you do so, gather some small suspension mods (sways, struts, underbrace) and do everything at the same time. The shop will most likely give you a break with the labor (everything is apart already). Save some $$$.

Ballin' on a budget, yo! lol
